Happily home from a great holiday. Thank you. No hitches.
Top spots: Cobbold Gorge, Undara Lava Tubes, Brisbane city (free) Greeter walk.
Worst - boring train travel for endless hours. (Lots of train buffs on the trip). ​
Several co-travellers complained about Savannahlander booking problems, but the trip itself was good - great staff.

05,06.15 - All members of the group “got on well” and we had a great experience. The hotel - what a surprise- a huge room and double- -double bed together (could have held 6 people). We had a very pleasant stay. The hotel does not have a restaurant so we found some good restaurants nearby. We did the hop on/hop off bus circuit and struck the full brunt of the Atlantic wind at the coast!!! Thanks for the hotel recommendation - most convenient to the Lisbon action. BM

Hi Lena,  

The Hotel Lunetta in Rome was an excellent hotel choice. The staff were most helpful and friendly, the linen was top of the line and the location very convenient. The management recommended a nearby Restaurant Costanzo which provided very warm service, top quality food menu and a long list of reasonably priced wine.  

The transfers to and from the airport worked well.

18.10.15 - Thanks so much again for your help . We had a great time away and met some great people. We liked Boston (very good tour guide took us on the freedom trail organised via Oceania) and San Fran - again, a great tour guide of North Beach & Little Italy- CR

10.07.15 - Thank you also for organising our travel which went without a hitch. The service that BA provided was fine although we haven't experienced any other Premium Economy provider so can't compare. There was certainly more room than in economy and the food was fine. Having the one terminal 5 in London is a big plus. We enjoyed the Trafalgar trip more than expected as it was comparatively restful. Of course it is a completely different tour experience. There were 43 on the coach.!! It was great to meet people from other places - we had Australians, New Zealanders, Canadians,Americans and one from Bermuda - and we all had a great time. Ann Hickey, our tour leader, was excellent, a very proud and very knowledgeable Irishwoman. She had been with Trafalgar for 25 years......
