This tour with a private guide will show the visitor the flora and fauna of Sydney.

Take a walk through the Botanical Gardens - an oasis of 30 hectares in the heart of the city. The Gardens were established in 1816 and feature 18 sub-gardens - from the Rare and Threatened Plants Garden (with plants from around the world that are rare or on the brink of extinction) to The Palace Rose Garden, containing around 1800 roses. You might find a leaf from the Sandpaper Fig that doubles as an emery board, or see a Wollemi Pine from the Age of the Dinosaurs. Be surprised by two-metre-long native slithery eels, lizards with blue tongues, giant seeds sculptured from copper wire, 250 years old Swamp Oaks, majestic Sydney Red Gums and stately Moreton Bay Figs.

Continue the walk to Hyde Park - a leafy oasis in the CBD, a favourite Sydney recreation area since 1792. An avenue of giant fig trees run through the middle of the park from north to south linking the Archibald Fountain and the War Memorial. Other key features of the park are the Sandringham Gardens and Nagoya Gardens boasting a giant outdoors chess set.

See the underwater world and native animals of Australia when visiting with the guide the Aquarium and the Wildlife World.

The Sydney Aquarium showcases more than 12,000 aquatic animals from 650 species, in spectacular habitat displays.  Go on a journey to the southern rivers, home of the shy platypus and one of the world's largest freshwater fish, the Murray Cod. Take a trip to the vast southern oceans and see the fascinating little penguins, seahorses, and stingrays. An experience not to be missed is to get up close to sharks in a glass-bottomed boat! Visit Mermaid Lagoon, featuring two of only six dugongs on display anywhere in the world. Then finish with a mesmerising journey alongside the colourful species that live on and around the Great Barrier Reef in the northern oceans.

Sydney's Wildlife World is set on three levels, with over 65 exhibits representing different habitats and more than 130 different species of Australian animals - it offers a whole world of adventure to explore! Come face to face with one of the world's largest saltwater crocodiles, known as 'Rex' at the amazing new Kakadu Gorge display. Marvel at one of Australia's most renowned creatures in the Koala Sanctuary and have your photo taken with this iconic marsupial at the Koala Rooftop. Discover Red Kangaroos in their semi-arid habitat and Yellow-Footed rock wallabies, as well as Hairy-Nosed wombats, in the Wallaby Cliffs habitat. Explore the Rainforest, home to the world's most dangerous bird, the Southern Cassowary and take a trip into the dark, nocturnal world of bilbies, quolls and sugar-gliders. Wonder at the reptile world, including Australia's largest snake, the scrub python.
